Biography

Smacktalk is a five piece jazz-fusion collective from Seattle, Washington. As a female-led group, they strive to play only original tunes that allow listeners to reconsider the role women undertake in music. With their sound, they harness the powerful coupling of two instrumentalists and a rhythm section to create textural landscapes across a variety of jazz-based genres.
