Ann Reynolds is a composer, pianist, and educator who has been on the jazz and latin scene in the Northwest since the mid 1990s playing in small ensembles and big bands. In 2000, she went to Cuba and fell in love… with the music and the people. She began composing and performing her original Cuban jazz compositions and has released two CDs with her band Clave Gringa. Her most recent project, “Inspired by Women Composers” pays homage to 4 great women jazz composers and will be released in late 2021.
